The CBA pays 85% of the employee cost for medical and prescription drug benefits, as well as 50% cost for elected dependents. In addition to low premiums, the Plan will reimburse 50% of medical expense deductibles and 50% of in-patient and out-patient co-insurance costs. Also offered is a "cafeteria" section 125 plan, which saves the employee money by reducing taxable income.
